Engineer Rubén Rojkés talks with us about Avanco and the expansion opportunities arising in the Argentinian construction sector for 2019. Civil Engineer Ruben Rojkes has been a true estate developer for over 25 years, “building the dreams of the individuals”.
1. What was your motivation when making Avanco?
AVANCO is an acronym that comes from advancing by building. I’m a civil engineer and construction is a passion for me. I decided to maneuver forward in life, building, creating, that’s what I’m passionate about. 2. What was your 1st successful project?

3. How does one manage the balance between family life and your work?
I think family should be considered as the most important COMPANY we tend to have, that suggests that we should be sure of it, dedicate time to them, correct if one makes a blunder, get pleasure from it. My family is my support, my motivation, I relish it terribly a lot of, and I continually attempt to form time to share with them. I relish spending time with my wife and children. Although my children are grown, we still share a heap of good times. I always create time those moments, with trips, meals, or taking part in sports with them.
4. What advice would you offer to future entrepreneurs?
I would tell them to be passionate and place a lot of dedication to what they do. That they obtain advice from people with a lot of experience. I consulted a ton of veterans after I wasn’t clear or I had doubts about a project. Work with a team of people who are passionate about what they do. It’s an activity that you only will’t do without a sensible team.
5. What are the foremost innovative projects that have been developed within the region?
I think that at the Housing and Countries level, our company is that the one that is innovating the most in the Region, with the type of amenities of our comes, and therefore the experience of the architects that we have, we have a tendency to are working with a trendy architecture and we are in continuous evolution.
We recently completed a residential building called The Point, in that we have a tendency to left standing a beautiful previous facade of a house that’s over one hundred years old, and combined it with lovely fashionable buildings.
